I spent the last decade of my career running and scaling two mid-sized businesses in the travel and education space. Prior to that, I have over two decades of operational leadership, continuous improvement and change management experience, at all levels of leadership, working for some great companies that include Procter and Gamble, Maple Leaf Foods, Acklands-Grainger, and Bank of Montreal.

I studied Industrial Engineering and have always had a passion for people and process, the art and science of leading teams through change.  I bring broad executive experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to create a culture that knows how to continuously improve.
